• All ticket prices are listed in CHF. Swiss VAT is included.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who creates a safety risk.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  
  

• Respect physical boundaries and consent.
  
  

• Follow in-game and out-of-game safety mechanics (e.g., safe words, stop commands).
  
  

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

7. Costume, Props & Weapons

• All equipment provided must be taken care of by the participant.
  
  

• All equipment provided must be returned after the game.
  
  

• Real weapons are strictly prohibited.
  
  

8. Media Release

By participating, you grant The Time Travelers permission to:

• Photograph or record video/audio during events.
  
  

• Use such media for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing).
  
  

If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Lore
  
  

• Characters
  
  

• Graphics
  
  

• Logos
  
  

• Rule systems
  
  

are the intellectual property of The Time Travelers unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
